These Terms & Conditions govern your use of staycarletonville.com (OverNightStays). By browsing listings, creating an owner account, or submitting a property, you agree to the terms below.
By accessing or using the site, you confirm that you're able to enter into a binding agreement and that you accept these Terms in full. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the platform.
OverNightStays is a directory that showcases local B&Bs and guesthouses in and around Carletonville. We connect travelers with property owners directly — we are not a booking agent, travel operator, or party to any reservation, and we don't process payments on behalf of owners or guests.
Any arrangement made after contacting a property — availability, pricing, cancellation terms, check-in details — is strictly between the guest and the property owner.
Property owners must create an account to submit a listing. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information in your dashboard. Submitted listings are reviewed before appearing publicly and may be declined or removed at our discretion, for example if the information is misleading or the property can't be verified.
All bookings, deposits, and payments happen directly between the guest and the property owner, through whichever contact method the owner provides (phone, WhatsApp, etc). We have no visibility into and no responsibility for these arrangements, including cancellations, refunds, or disputes about a stay.

Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing details, pricing, photos, and availability. We do our best to keep the directory current but can't guarantee that every listing reflects real-time availability or pricing.
OverNightStays is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a stay, booking, or interaction between a guest and a property owner, since these arrangements are made independently of our platform.
We may suspend or remove an account or listing at any time if these Terms are violated, or if we reasonably believe a listing is fraudulent, unsafe, or misleading.
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
