If you're a guest, the contact details shown on a listing page (phone number, WhatsApp, Google Maps link) belong to the property owner, not to us — reaching out to a property means contacting that owner directly. If you're an owner, the details you add to your listing are shown publicly so travelers can reach you.
We rely on trusted third-party service providers to run the platform, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
We use limited, essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you logged in and remember basic preferences, such as filter settings on the listings page. We don't use invasive tracking or sell browsing data to third parties.
Your data is stored with Supabase, which applies Row Level Security so that account data and owner dashboards are only accessible to the account they belong to. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no online platform can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Owners can update most listing and account details directly from their dashboard. For anything else, contact us using the details below.
We keep account and listing information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we're required to keep records for legal or security reasons.
OverNightStays is intended for adults arranging travel or listing a property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 16.
